If he is going to release the people trapped under rubble of an earthquake or a train crash, he cant just release the trapped people. He has to saline them while he is releasing them.

Heard about this syndrome in Nat geo's "Trapped" episode.
I had to manipulate the superman image to make him carry a saline bottle. Otherwise I don't remember him flying with saline bottle(s). In that case, he has to release all the trapped people within 15 minutes of the calamity. If you could manage such deadlines you are definitely SUPERman
